No Champagne? No Kentucky red-eye? Are you crazy? Tell you what ... I think it would be a great idea if everyone in the state could make one meal at home a week using only locally produced foods. It's out of print, but I found a copy on Amazon a few years ago. It's not the one of a similar title written by Elizabeth David though. I have it packed up in storage waiting to get my new place.
