		<description>It was called &quot;French Provincial Cooking&quot; or &quot;Provincial French Cooking&quot; or whatever.  It&#039;s out of print, but I found a copy on Amazon a few years ago.  It&#039;s not the one of a similar title written by Elizabeth David though.

I have it packed up in storage waiting to get my new place.  Once I get my stuff out, I&#039;ll confirm it for you.  Thanks for reading.</description>
