would you share the name of the French cookbook your father bought and didn’t give to you?
It was called “French Provincial Cooking” or “Provincial French Cooking” or whatever. It’s out of print, but I found a copy on Amazon a few years ago. It’s not the one of a similar title written by Elizabeth David though.
I have it packed up in storage waiting to get my new place. Once I get my stuff out, I’ll confirm it for you. Thanks for reading.
